These additional terms and conditions apply:

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing any product, service, or membership from Haley Evans.

1. Scope of Responsibility

You understand and accept that any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial results, effects, or injury arising from the work—whether during sessions, trainings, coaching, or home practices, or arising at any time in between or thereafter—are entirely and solely your own responsibility. I (Haley Evans) am not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by me. You understand this work is not therapy, does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

In the case of business coaching, you understand that I am not and will not be held responsible for any business results (or lack thereof) that arise from our work together.

2. Intellectual Property

Any provided audio recordings, videos, written materials, templates, resources, or instructions are for your private use only and remain the intellectual property of Haley Evans. The content provided may not be shared, copied, taught, or used for any public or private group activity or performance, nor reproduced either partially or in full, in any format, without Haley Evans’ written and explicit permission.

If I strongly suspect a breach of intellectual property, you will be removed from the course or membership content immediately without refund and blocked from purchasing or working with Haley Evans in the future. For serious cases of plagiarism, legal actions will be taken.

3. Fees and Refunds Policy | Haley Evans

3.1 No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

3.2 Subscription Plan & 30-Day Cancellation Requirement

By signing up for a subscription plan, you agree to pay all outstanding payments as outlined during checkout—regardless of participation.

If you fail to make your payment, your access to the program will be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

You understand that by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are also bound by this fees and refunds policy and the terms of your subscription payment.

Cancellation Policy:
You are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel any subscription or recurring membership. Cancellation must be completed by logging into your account and canceling your subscription under your account settings.
If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be no refunds issued for any previous payments. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your membership will terminate.

4. Termination of Contract

I reserve the right to terminate your access to the course, program, or membership at any time if I find that you have violated these Terms. I will make every attempt to notify you of any violation and provide an opportunity for you to remedy the situation. However, if you fail to remedy the violation or continue to violate the Terms, I will terminate your access with no refund of fees.

I also reserve the right to terminate your access at any time if I (Haley Evans) experience you as unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of the values upheld in my community or programs. I will make every attempt to communicate clearly with you about such a situation. If the situation cannot be remedied, your access will be terminated with no refund of fees.
